A message from Kate

I didn't create the PRANABEAT Method to simply teach people how to breathe. I created it to teach people how to truly hold space, for themselves and for others, in a way that is safe, ethical, and grounded in deep understanding that goes far beyond the breath itself.

Breathwork is a powerful tool, and with that power comes responsibility. This method is for those who feel genuinely called to this work. Those who are not only seeking to learn the how of facilitation, but who are equally devoted to understanding the why: the science, the impact, and the profound healing potential this work can unlock.

Kate Robinson, Founder of PRANABEAT

The Foundation

Four pillars of the training

Pillar One

Mastery of Breathwork

Core techniques and knowledge

Integration and Expansion

Holistic approaches to elevate teaching

Broaden your skills by blending breathwork with other wellness practices. Create versatile classes for individuals and groups, mix breathwork styles, somatic therapies and music, and prioritise safety and healing for everyone with trauma-sensitive methods.
