PRANABEAT Method
Breathwork Facilitator Training
Terms and Conditions
Effective 1 July 2026 · Applies to the intake commencing 14 October 2026
Welcome to the PRANABEAT Method Breathwork Facilitator Training.
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and PRANABEAT Pty Ltd, ABN 67 670 553 787 (ACN 670 553 787), an Australian private company registered in Queensland, Australia ("PRANABEAT", "we", "us", "our").
By enrolling in the Training offered at www.pranabeat.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling. If there is anything here you would like clarified before you commit, email info@pranabeat.com and we will gladly talk it through.
1. The Training
1.1 The PRANABEAT Method Breathwork Facilitator Training ("the Training") is a 12-week online certification programme running from 14 October 2026 to 6 January 2027, including a two-week pause over the Christmas and New Year period.
1.2 The Training is delivered online and comprises weekly learning modules, weekly live sessions, fortnightly live Q&A sessions, practice teaching, written and practical assessments, two 1:1 mentorship calls, and access to the PRANABEAT Resource Library.
1.3 Places are limited to 22 participants worldwide and are allocated in order of confirmed enrolment.
1.4 The Training is accredited by the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) and the Complementary Medical Association (CMA). Accreditation is of the programme. It does not itself constitute a licence to practise in any particular country, and it is your responsibility to understand any local requirements that apply to you.
2. Enrolment
2.1 Your place is confirmed when we receive either payment in full or the deposit, and you receive written confirmation of enrolment from us.
2.2 Enrolment is personal to you and may not be transferred or sold to another person without our written agreement.
2.3 We may decline or withdraw an enrolment where we reasonably consider the Training is not appropriate or safe for the applicant. Where we do so before the Training begins, all monies paid, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Tuition for the October 2026 intake is:
| AUD | GBP | EUR | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Early Bird (enrol on or before 13 September 2026) | $3,500 | £1,800 | €2,100 |
| Full tuition (from 14 September 2026) | $4,000 | £2,100 | €2,400 |
| Deposit to secure a place | $1,000 | £550 | €600 |
3.2 Prices are fixed in each currency. You pay the amount shown in your own currency, with no exchange-rate adjustment by us. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own fees, which are outside our control.
3.3 The deposit secures your place and is non-refundable, except as set out in clauses 2.3, 5 and 7, and except where refund is required by law.
3.4 Where a deposit is paid, the balance is due no later than four weeks before the Training begins, that is by 16 September 2026, unless a written payment plan has been agreed with us.
3.5 PRANABEAT Pty Ltd is registered for GST. All fees are inclusive of any applicable GST or other sales tax unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment Plans and Instalments
4.1 Instalment options offered at checkout through Klarna (UK and EU) or Zip (Australia) are credit agreements between you and that provider. We are paid in full at the point of purchase. Any dispute about instalments, interest or missed repayments is between you and that provider, and does not affect these terms.
4.2 We may also agree a personal payment plan directly with you. Any such plan must be agreed in writing before the Training begins and sets out the amounts and dates.
4.3 If a personal payment plan payment is more than 7 days late, we will contact you. If it remains unpaid 14 days after the due date, we may suspend your access to the Training and its materials until the balance is settled.
4.4 Suspension does not extend the Training, waive attendance requirements, or entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Reinstatement is subject to the balance being cleared.
4.5 If you are struggling to meet a payment, contact us at info@pranabeat.com before the due date. We would far rather find a workable arrangement with you than suspend your place.
5. Cooling-Off, Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Consumers in the United Kingdom and European Union. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of enrolling, without giving a reason. If you ask us to begin providing the Training or give you access to the digital materials within that 14-day period, you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed, and that where it has been partly performed you may be charged a proportionate amount for what you have received.
5.2 Cancellation by you before the Training begins. If you cancel more than 14 days after enrolling but before 14 October 2026, tuition paid above the deposit is refunded in full. The deposit is not refunded.
5.3 Withdrawal during the Training. If you withdraw on or before the end of Week 2 (that is, by 27 October 2026), tuition paid above the deposit is refunded, less a deduction reflecting materials already released to you.
5.4 After the end of Week 2, no refund of tuition is available, and any outstanding balance under a payment plan remains payable.
5.5 All cancellations and withdrawals must be sent in writing to info@pranabeat.com. The date we receive your email is the date of cancellation.
5.6 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us accepting the cancellation.
5.7 Nothing in this clause limits your rights under clause 20.
6. Deferral
6.1 You may request to defer your place to the next available intake by writing to info@pranabeat.com no later than 14 days before the Training begins.
6.2 Deferral is at our discretion, may be granted once, and is subject to availability in the following intake. Your deposit and any tuition paid transfer with you. If the tuition for the later intake is higher, the difference is payable.
6.3 We will always consider a compassionate deferral request made after this deadline, including for serious illness, bereavement or comparable circumstances. Please just tell us what is happening.
7. Changes or Cancellation by Us
7.1 We may make reasonable changes to session dates, times, tutors or the order of content. Where a change is significant, we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can.
7.2 If we cancel the Training before it begins, you will receive a full refund of everything you have paid, including the deposit, or the option to transfer to the next intake.
7.3 If we cancel the Training after it has begun, you will receive a pro-rata refund of tuition for the portion not delivered.
8. Your Responsibilities and Attendance
8.1 You are responsible for your own learning: engaging with the materials, attending sessions, completing tasks, and asking for help when you need it.
8.2 Weekly tasks and assessments must be submitted by their due dates to receive feedback. Late submissions will only be accepted where agreed in advance with the Primary Training Educator, Kate Robinson.
8.3 You are expected to attend at least 80% of live sessions. Where a live session is missed, the recording must be watched before the following week's session.
8.4 Revision tasks and practice teaching must be completed as requested.
8.5 Sessions marked Mandatory must be attended live. Where a mandatory session is missed, an additional fee of $90 AUD / £45 GBP / €50 EUR applies, covering the additional trainer time required to review and assess the missed work separately.
8.6 You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a device capable of running the platform and video calls, and a private space suitable for breathwork practice.
9. Assessment and Certification
9.1 Certification as a PRANABEAT Method Facilitator is awarded to participants who:
- complete and submit all mandatory tasks;
- pass the final written examination and the final facilitated session submission;
- demonstrate competency in both knowledge and the safe facilitation of Conscious Connected Breathwork.
9.2 You are permitted a maximum of three attempts at the final assessment. A second or third attempt may attract a re-assessment fee, which will be advised in advance.
9.3 Certification is awarded on merit. Payment of fees alone does not entitle you to certification.
9.4 We may withhold or, in serious cases, revoke certification where a participant is found to have plagiarised, submitted work that is not their own, or acted in a way that presents a genuine risk to the safety of others.
10. Fitness to Participate and Health
10.1 You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and psychologically fit to undertake the Training.
10.2 Conscious Connected Breathwork has contraindications. You must read them before enrolling: www.pranabeat.com/safetyprecautions
10.3 You must disclose to us any medical or psychological condition, medication, or pregnancy that may be relevant to your safe participation. Disclosure is treated confidentially and does not automatically prevent participation. It allows us to support you properly.
10.4 The Training is education in facilitation. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and is not a substitute for any of them. If you are receiving treatment or support for a mental or physical health condition, please discuss participation with your treating practitioner.
10.5 You must not participate in any practice while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
10.6 We may require a participant to pause or step back from practical elements where we reasonably believe continued participation presents a risk to their wellbeing or that of others. We will discuss this with you first wherever possible.
11. Practice Teaching with Guests
11.1 The Training includes practice teaching in which you facilitate a session for a guest participant, observed online.
11.2 You are responsible for selecting a guest who is suitable for the practice, for screening them against the contraindications at clause 10.2, and for obtaining their informed consent to participate and to be observed.
11.3 Guests are not enrolled participants and are not covered by any insurance held by PRANABEAT. You are responsible for the conduct of your practice session.
11.4 We recommend that you obtain your own professional indemnity and public liability insurance before facilitating for anyone outside the Training, and note that such insurance is generally required to practise professionally after certification.
12. Recordings, Privacy and Confidentiality
12.1 Live sessions are recorded and made available to participants. By attending live, you consent to being recorded and to that recording being shared with your cohort.
12.2 Practice teaching sessions are not recorded.
12.3 Recordings are for the personal learning of enrolled participants only. They must not be downloaded, shared, published or distributed.
12.4 Breathwork surfaces personal material. Everything shared by another participant in a live session, community space or practice session is strictly confidential and must not be repeated outside the Training.
12.5 We may wish to use a testimonial, quote or excerpt from your work in our marketing. We will always ask for your written permission first, and you are free to decline.
12.6 Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 All materials provided during the Training, including the Training Manual, lectures, recordings, session templates, breath patterns, playlists, assessments and the PRANABEAT Training Assistant, are the intellectual property of PRANABEAT Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright.
13.2 You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own learning and, after certification, in your own facilitation practice.
13.3 You may not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, publish or use these materials to create or deliver your own training or certification programme, without our express written permission.
13.4 Work you create during the Training, such as your own session plans and playlists, remains yours.
14. Use of the PRANABEAT Name
14.1 On successful certification you may describe yourself as a Certified PRANABEAT Method Facilitator, and we are glad when you do.
14.2 You are welcome to display the PRANABEAT logo and certification mark on your own website, social media and marketing materials, in reference to your certification. Please use the artwork we provide without altering its colours, proportions or wording, and present it in a way that makes clear you are a certified facilitator of the method rather than PRANABEAT itself.
14.3 You may not present yourself as a trainer, tutor, employee or representative of PRANABEAT, hold yourself out as operating on our behalf, or offer PRANABEAT Method facilitator training or certification to others, without a separate written agreement with us.
14.4 We may withdraw permission to use the PRANABEAT name and logo where a graduate acts in a way that brings the method into disrepute or presents a risk to public safety. We would raise any concern with you first.
15. Conduct, Ethics and Inclusivity
15.1 This Training holds an inclusive and respectful environment. Discrimination or harassment of any kind, including but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, sexism or religious intolerance, will not be tolerated.
15.2 Participants agree to uphold the privacy, dignity and confidentiality of their peers at all times.
15.3 Where conduct falls short of this, we will ordinarily raise it privately first and give an opportunity to put it right. In serious cases, or where behaviour is repeated, a participant may be removed from the Training immediately and without refund, and any outstanding balance remains payable.
15.4 The decision to remove a participant rests with the Primary Training Educator and will be confirmed in writing with reasons.
16. Access to Materials
16.1 Graduates retain access to the Training content within the PRANABEAT learning platform for as long as we continue to operate that platform, and we will give at least 90 days' notice before withdrawing access, so that you can save anything you need.
16.2 Access is personal to you. Login credentials must not be shared.
16.3 Content may be updated, improved or replaced over time.
17. Graduate Benefits
17.1 Graduates receive one year of free access to the PRANABEAT Breathwork App from the date of certification.
17.2 Graduates receive a €150 (or local equivalent) discount on future PRANABEAT trainings. This is redeemable against Early Bird pricing and cannot be combined with other offers.
17.3 Graduates retain access to the PRANABEAT Graduate Community for as long as we operate it.
17.4 These benefits are personal, non-transferable, and hold no cash value.
18. No Guarantee of Outcome
18.1 The Training provides education, mentorship and business foundations. It does not guarantee employment, income, client numbers or business success.
18.2 Your outcomes depend on your own engagement, effort and circumstances.
19. Liability
19.1 We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19.2 Subject to clauses 19.1 and 20, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Training is limited to the total fees you have paid to us.
19.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, income or opportunity.
20. Your Statutory Rights
20.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any equivalent consumer protection legislation that applies to you and cannot lawfully be excluded.
20.2 Where any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force.
21. Events Outside Our Control
21.1 We are not liable for failure or delay in delivering the Training caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including serious illness of a trainer, bereavement, natural disaster, war, pandemic, or failure of essential third-party infrastructure.
21.2 Where such an event occurs, we will reschedule the affected sessions wherever possible. Where the Training cannot reasonably continue, clause 7.3 applies.
22. Changes to These Terms
22.1 These terms apply to your enrolment as they stand on the date you enrol.
22.2 We may update these terms for future intakes. Changes will not be applied retrospectively to an intake already under way, except where required by law.
23. Governing Law
23.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
23.2 Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
By proceeding with your enrolment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
